What’s the Process?

1. Initial Consultation

  • Meet with one of our friendly, knowledgeable playground consultants on site to discuss design ideas, site specific & logistical considerations and your priorities.  Our consultants will leave you with a better understanding of age-appropriate play equipment, surfacing options/requirements, equipment capacities, accessibility, budgetary requirements and equipment availability.

2. Design Development

  • Considering all of the information discussed during our initial consultation, we build a custom design & plan that aligns with the priorities and preferences identified.

3. Get a Quote or Proposal

  • All proposals include 2D & 3D renderings of equipment & surfacing, color options, specification information, warranty information, pricing and any specific exclusions or clarifications for the project.  Revisions are welcomed!  Collaboration is our goal so take your time in reviewing the proposal!

4. Place Your Order

  • We accept payment via check or credit card (fees apply).  To get your order started, we simply need a signed copy of the quote and final color selections made.  Our standard payment terms are indicated on the quote and we place materials into production once your deposit has been paid.

5. Pre-Construction Planning

  • Once an order is submitted into production, we are able to establish a better timeline for completion.  We will present a preliminary schedule which includes equipment production lead time & estimated ship date, installation timeline and ready for play date.

6. Installation

  • All crews are led by a CPSI certified crew leader and supervised by our project management team.  Crews are expected to maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety protocols, pass criminal background checks and maintain a positive professional demeanor while on the job site.  We strive to have clean, organized job sites that are safe and efficient. All equipment & safety surfacing is installed strictly per manufacturers instructions and compliant with all ASTM, CPSC Standards.

7. Walkthrough, Orientation & Punch List

  • Upon completion of installation, we provide a comprehensive walkthrough & orientation.  Any outstanding items or concerns will be addressed.  All necessary owners manuals, maintenance checklists, additional hardware, touch up paint and spare tools will be left with the owner on site.
