2. Design Development

3. Quote & Proposal

Your proposal includes everything you need to make an informed decision:

  • 2D & 3D renderings of the equipment and surfacing
  • Color options
  • Specifications and warranty details
  • Pricing, along with any specific exclusions or clarifications

Revisions are always welcome! We value collaboration and encourage you to take your time reviewing the proposal to ensure it aligns with your vision.

4. Place Your Order

Ready to move forward? Here’s how:

  • Provide a signed copy of the quote
  • Finalize your color selections
  • Make your deposit

We accept payment via check or credit card (note: credit card fees may apply). Once your deposit is received, materials will be placed into production according to the terms outlined in your quote.

5. Pre-Construction Planning

After your order is submitted, we’ll provide a preliminary schedule outlining:

  • Equipment production timelines and estimated shipping date
  • Installation schedule
  • Projected “ready-for-play” date

This ensures you stay informed and prepared every step of the way.

6. Installation

Your installation will be managed by highly trained professionals:

  • Crews are led by CPSI-certified crew leaders and supervised by our project management team.
  • All team members adhere to strict safety protocols, maintain professional behavior, and pass criminal background checks.
  • We prioritize maintaining clean, organized, and efficient job sites.

Every piece of equipment and surfacing is installed in compliance with ASTM and CPSC standards, ensuring safety and quality.

7. Walkthrough, Orientation & Final Touches

Once installation is complete, we’ll guide you through a comprehensive walkthrough and orientation. Any outstanding concerns or items will be addressed promptly. You’ll also receive:

  • Owner manuals
  • Maintenance checklists
  • Spare tools, hardware, and touch-up paint
