Our single-user restroom comes in both cedar shake and ribbed metal roof texture options, and the exterior walls can be finished in barnwood, stucco, aggregate, or split-face block. Each building comes pre-plumbed and pre-wired, and is designed to meet all local building codes. We also offer waterless restroom facility options.
Our double restroom buildings are built to the same standards as our single restroom buildings, but they provide two separate usable restroom facilities. In addition to the above-mentioned exterior finishing options, these buildings can also be finished with board & batten siding, horizontal lap siding, flagstone, river rock, or Napa Valley rock.
Our single and double restrooms can be designed to be gender-specific, or they can be designed as unisex facilities. You can have them customized however you choose.
Our multi-user restroom buildings can be designed to accommodate anywhere from 4-6 toilets and 2-4 sinks. If you have a campground facility or other site in need of bathing facilities, we can also provide multipurpose restroom buildings with one, two, or four showers.
We offer some great single-use concession building plans with roll-up concession doors and 3-compartment stainless steel sinks. Need both restroom and concession facilities?
